MJ and Ed

Today at work I found out that Michael Jackson had died. I was SHOCKED and sad. What an amazing musician he was. I have always loved his music since I was young. In 2nd grade I drew a picture and wrote a sentence about him for a school project (it's awesome, if you haven't seen it). Anyway, he's a pop culture icon, and his death is EPIC. I compare it to the death of Elvis, and how tragic that was. If it weren't for him, music would be so much different today. I know that people like Justin Timberlake and Weird Al (my favorite) wouldn't be as popular today if it wasn't for him.

With all the negative publicity he got, I still liked him and bought his albums. He's a legend and there will never be anyone like him for sure!



Also, Ed McMahon died a couple days ago. He was another one of my favorite celebrities. I used to watch him on re-runs of the Tonight Show when I was little with my grandma every night. We had some good laughs.
