new layout and new plans.

I've been changing layouts a lot but I think this one will be on here for a while. :)

Yesterday when I was shopping with my sister in law, I got out my mickey mouse pen to write with and tried writing the logo. Then I wrote our last name like it! So I think it looks pretty good! Once we actually GO to Disney World, I'm sure we'll replace the pictures.

You all have no idea how excited I am.

Since Monday after we found out, I've been trying to figure out how all of this will work out. We have to figure out where we're going to LIVE! I've had about a dozen apartment complexes bookmarked and I've narrowed them down to 5 after I went to an apartment rating place online and checked the safety and quality of all of them. I hope we can find a place to live!

Nooni is coming with us, and so I have to get her shots updated and make sure she's allowed into Florida. I also have to get her used to driving with us in the car! I'm trying to wean her into it by just letting her explore the car with the engine off. Next, I'll turn on the engine til she gets used to it, and then we'll take some short trips. I just don't want a cat freaking out the entire trip over there! And I hate to see her unhappy. :(

I need to finish school and get all my thank-you notes out from all the wedding presents before we go, or else I'll never get it done (I'm a procrastinator)! Ideally
I'd like to have it all done by the end of April.

I have to figure out what we're going to pack! I don't know whether or not we should bring the big furniture. Our bed is our main concern. I was planning on buying everything else on craigslist.com and such. The other option is just to stick as much stuff in our cars as we can and just get whatever we need later.

I've never REALLY moved away from home. I was in Idaho for a semester, but everything was already taken care of there. So I'm really nervous. But I know that Keith will take care of us and everything will be just fine. I'm going to get a hold of a bishop in Kissimmee, and see if he knows who can help.

Though there is a lot of stresses right now, we are still super excited and can't wait to start our new life together. :D

The way you made your last name like the Disney logo is SO DANG cute! I'm impressed :)
Oh and Craigslist.com is a very smart way to go. That's how I furnished my place when I moved out on my own to Illinois. I furnished my entire apartment for less than $200! That included a bed, 4 bookshelves, a couch, microwave cart, ... and even a crock pot! But it is always hard to leave your own things behind... Maybe your mom can save some things and if she comes to visit she can bring a few things out to you? You can always get cheap trailers to rent...but you have to make sure your car can handle it and prepare to have not so great gas mileage. Actually...I have a better solution... Keither is a Boy Scout, just get him to tie everything on top of your car like in the Goofy Movie!! :)
Oh and since I'm just full of suggestions today... as far as getting your cat used to the car, I've found that the best thing to do with my pets is just put them in the car and take them for a long drive right away. (By long I mean like 10-15 min...) However you're going to have them in the car all the time is how you should make it every time (let them explore, sit them in your lap, put them in a crate, ...). Otherwise they have to re-adjust each time you make a change.
Good luck you two!
