Ever since I figured out that the name "Lindsey" could be jumbled up to say "Disney" I've been coming up with ideas. One I had right away was to make a plaque for Keith's parents that said "The Lindseys" to display in their home. Keith's parents looove Disney, so I knew they'd love it. Here's how it turned out:
Cool huh?! I was proud of it, and his parents really liked it! Now I'm gonna make one for Keith and I, but I thought of some other possibilities. Tell me what you think.
Or stick with the original design?

Wow! I'm impressed. How did you get the lettering on the plaque? Oh and I'm a fan of the original design, but the others are also cute ideas. How's packing coming?! :)
I have a tablet PC, so I wrote the name on my computer. When I got it right, I printed it out really small and used my art projector that I got at Hobby Lobby to project it just right onto the plaque that I stuck to the wall. Then I just traced it carefully on with paint pens. Super easy! I just had to be careful not to smudge or mess up because it's a one time thing unless I penciled it in first.
I make signs for events at church like that too. And the projector only cost me $30 or so with a coupon. Endless possibilities. lol
Packing is coming along... We've pretty much just got all of our wedding presents we never opened and put them in one place. HAha So I've got more to do. :D
hmmm thats a toughie! ya'll will be at disneyworld... but i think lindseyland has a cute ring to it!
