our day off

Today Keith and I have the day off of work. We started out watching home videos. He doesn't really enjoy that but he let me play them while he played on his computer. It was fun! It really made me miss my family, and my old house in Napa. I wanna go back! I actually would just like to go back and relive all those moments I miss. I need to stop though, and live right now!

Keith went on a run this morning, and asked if I would go. I don't really like to run, so he suggested I ride my bike along side him. I would, but my bike has flat tires and we didn't have a pump. So before he went to school, we went to the shopping center where we work and bought a pump. :) I'm excited! I haven't ridden my bike in YEARS.

When we were out, we also returned some things at Hobby Lobby, got some Jamba Juice and bought some tables for our room. They are small so I don't know what to do with them now. I think I'm going to add more wood onto the legs. We'll see!

New Blogger

Let me introduce ourselves...
First of all, Keith and I are newlyweds! We got married on August 8th, 2008 in the San Antonio Temple. We live in San Antonio with my mom. Keith is going to school at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is president of the Fencing Club there. I am enrolled online at Penn Foster to get certified in Interior Decorating.

We work at Hobby Lobby together. He works in the seasonal department and I work in Home Accents. We love it and all the people there who we work with. We especially love being able to see each other at work. :)

Keith and I met in 2004 (4 years ago! -Dang!) at a stake youth dance. We hung out in the same group of friends for long time, but when he asked me to go to prom with him, we became closer. We started hanging out with each other more, and becoming more and more in to each other. We started dating on December 2, 2005 and have been going strong ever since!

When I was in Idaho for college, he came to suprise me for my birthday. That night he took me for a walk and gave me a ring. He asked me to marry him and I said yes, but since he was going on a mission, we were not going to be officially "engaged".

Keith left for his mission in 2007, but came home early on medical leave. He didn't go back, instead he worked and went to school. I was okay with it - I would rather he be happy at home than miserable on a mission. So we decided to get married sooner than planned! He officially proposed to me on March 2nd (our 27 month anniversary!) in my media room after a night of movie watching. It was perfect. :D

Our wedding was beautiful and we've never been happier.
